6v6 plus goalies. (2A, 2D, 2M, 1G) *2 players and goalie must stay back on offensives drives.
-1 indoor 1/2 field.
-US Lax rules, 15 min running clock game.
-Each team plays 3-4 games.
-Winner of the day has the lowest number of points scored against them when averaged out over the total number of games played. -This is about fun and getting our girls playing again.
-You SHOULD mix JV and V, any HS girl can be on your roster to make up a team.
-This is low key, practice pinnies are fine, you don't need full on uniforms.
-Pizza and snacks provided. (players should bring water only)
