2021 COACHING STAFF

 

Coach Josh Klein, Ck

This will be coach Klein's 10th. season coaching Girl’s Lacrosse in Wisconsin. He is the current head coach for the Oregon Panthers high school girls program and had been the Lancer Ladies Varsity team head coach for the 2017 season and is the former head coach for the Verona Wildcats Varsity and Junior Varsity girls teams. CK is a US Lacrosse Women's Level 3 certified coach, member of US Lacrosse and involved with the US Lacrosse Coaching Education Program and PCA. Coach Klein also serves as the Director of LAXERGIRL Foundation, a non profit committed to providing low to no cost lacrosse experiences for girls.

 

Coach Sabrina Boehlke

Sabrina is the current Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at Edgewood College. Coach Boehlke was recently hired as the first womans lacrosse coach at Edgewood College in Madison. Coach Boehlke played her college career at Concordia University of Wisconsin and was the head Varsity coach at DSHA in Milwaukee.

 

Coach Zack Silber

Zack is the current assistant coach and goalie coach of the Oregon Panthers and also served as the assistant coach to the Lancers Ladies. He grew up learning the game of lacrosse in Baltimore, Maryland where he gradated from Duke University. He played for a few years and now enjoys coaching goalies. He is a trained Women's lacrosse referee, US Lacrosse level 1 certified coach and has officiated in North Carolina and in Wisconsin. Currently, Zack works at Epic and races sailboats from time to time. 

 

Coach Karen Gill

Karen coached the Oregon Girls 12U/14U team in the spring of 2019 and is excited to have the opportunity to coach again! She is US Lacrosse Level 1 certified. Karen is a wife and mom to 3 great kids and has 6 years of lacrosse experience watching (and eventually coaching) her oldest daughter. Karen has enjoyed sports from a young age and continues to enjoy being active. She works for J.H Findorff & Son and in her spare time enjoys reading, scrapbooking and puzzles.

 

Coach Jenna Morse
 

Coach Jenna has been playing lacrosse since the fifth grade and grew up in Upstate New York playing both on summer travel teams and school teams, graduating in 2014. Jenna is a US Lacrosse level 1 certified coach and has also coached a youth lacrosse team in Charlotte, NC in 2019. Currently, she is an occupational therapist and in her spare time enjoys painting, hiking, camping, and spending time with her puppy and husband. She is very excited to join the Laxergirls this season!

 

Coach Lauryn Rieder

Coach Lauryn has been playing lacrosse since the sixth grade. She was one of the senior captains in 2019 for the Oregon Panthers Varsity team that won the State Invitational. (a first for Oregon) She has also played on summer travel teams and loves teaching and playing the game of lacrosse. Lauryn is sophmore at UW-Whitewater and plays attack on the club team. She plans to be a Special Education teacher when she graduates.

 

Coach Kate Sauter

Former Sun Prairie lacrosse coach.  In 2016, Coach Kate was selected as one of the inaugural coaches for the Women's Division National Team, which traveled to Bethlehem, PA, to participate in the school girl's division.  We welcome her for the 2020 offseason and are looking forward to her sharing the experience she has gained participating on the national lacrosse stage. Kate is now living in Denver, Colorado and will be helping us grow Laxergirl Colorado.
